The Department of Anesthesiology will be implementing 360 degree evaluations of all housestaff.  These evaluations will primarily occur where housestaff will have consistent , sustained exposure to colleagues, other health care professionals, ancillary personnel and others over a prolonged period of time.  The results of these evaluations will be shared with you by the program director, associate program director, or your advisor at your biannual evaluation sessions.
